How it works
1. Order Your Ring
Place the order by selecting the "Order a Free Sizing Kit"option. We'll send you a sizing kit before your RingConn Smart Ring ships.
2. Sizing Kit Delivery
Anticipate the arrival of your sizing kit in 3 to 8 days(vary by location).The sizing kit enable to help you find your suitable size.
3. Test Your Size
Select your preferred finger for size testing. For optimal performance and accuracy, we recommend the index finger, middle finger or ring finger.
4. Confirm Your Size
Go to 'My Orders' to submit your size. lf you don't have a RingConn account, please clickย hereย to sign up, using the email you used to placed orders.
The RingConn Smart Ring fits all fingers and can be worn on either hand. Forย optimal accuracy, we recommend wearing it on yourย index finger. You can also try it on yourย middle fingerย for comfort.
Please position the ring locator against the pad of your index or middle finger when wearing it.

Can I borrow a Sizing Kit from someone else?
Yes! If someone you know has a RingConn Sizing Kit, you can use it to find your correct size.

If you ordered a Ring with "Unknown Size" on our website:
1. Go to ringconn.com and log in or register an account using the same email you used for your order.
2. Navigate to My Orders in your account dashboard.
3. Open your order details and submit your ring size directly there.
If you used a 3D printed sizer or borrowed a Sizing Kit from someone else:
Once youโve confirmed your size, you can simply go to our website and place your Ring order with the correct size selectedโno extra steps needed.
