We offer up to 1 year standard warranty upon purchase and 7 days replacement

Cancellation Policy and Note

What are the steps for Cancellation?

1. Client call for confirmation of order details.

2. If client opted to cancel, order will be cancelled in the .ph website.

3. If order was already paid, Paymongo will send out and process the refund.

4. Order will be VOIDED.

Once the order was placed, we will be contacting you via call or text to confirm the order details

-If the payment option is tagged as COD, 2 Valid IDs will be requested
-If the payment was completed via card, only confirmation of order details will be done

Delivery details will be confirmed as well

-For urgent delivery, you will be advised to book a courier to pick up the order (Lalamove etc)
-For standard delivery, ordered item can be delivered via our in-house rider

Cancellation of the order must be advised to us in the confirmation call/text. For paid order, refund will be processed by Paymongo
