Shipping policy

-For standard delivery, orders within Metro Manila are delivered via our in-house rider, who will contact you on the day of delivery to coordinate the handoff. For provincial deliveries, orders are shipped through our partner couriers, such as LBC and SPX.

How long do provincial deliveries take?

Provincial deliveries usually take 5 days up to 1 and a half weeks via LBC or SPX once the item is shipped out.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use trusted couriers depending on location:

  • Same-day delivery (NCR): Local couriers (Lalamove/grab)

  • Metro Manila: Trusted In-house Delivery Riders

  • Provincial deliveries: LBC Express / SPX for nationwide shipping in the Philippines.
